Every Trucker NEEDS one of these!!

I bought this 7" Ohrex to replace my old Trucktek Sat nav, it has the updated HGV software on it which is very straightforward to use once you set the dimensions of your truck and get used to it. If you're a multi drop driver you can enter all of your deliveries in one go and push Optimise Route and it will arrange them in drop order for you. I've very rarely had a problem with low bridges and tight turns with this software in 7 years of daily use in the UK. I would recommend this to anyone.

starsMuch preferable to my old Sat Nav

I'm really pleased that I bought this. Upgraded to latest Map and it does the job brilliantly. Seems very much faster than my old Garmin model and the menu functions also appear well laid out. Only thing that initially confused me was remembering to put a space in the middle of the post code to make it work correctly. It now makes sense why I have to do that as the menu item has dual functionality. Also using the wizard initially is recommended. Also seemed to eventually find satellites indoors which none of my previous sat navs could do so must be fairly sensitive. I have not tried all of the extra (Non Sat Nav) features yet but a lot seems on offer for when I get around to it. For the moment I can honestly say this 7inch Sat Nav certainly has exceeded my expectations when used for what I intended it for - a Sat Nav.

Eas to use

I used ohrex sat nav for days in my truck. It works perfect. Fast locating , sensitive touching , fast routing auto-change, show right speed limit , avoid lower bridges, speak street names, all are great. The payment is absolutely worth. ohrex service man said the nav is preloaded with latest map. I will come back in July to update map. Thanks ohrex.

Exceptional value for money

I purchased this product after using a Tom Tom for years as I read many positive reviews for it. I am not disappointed, it it well worth the money and it performs even better than I expected. The 3 year warranty after registering is a bonus and the after sales service is very efficient and fast. I can recommend this product.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Das Navigationsgerät war sofort einsetzbar und das anbringen war Kinderleicht. Der Saugnapf hält bombastisch und das Navi ist leicht an der Halterung anzubringen und auch abzunehmen. Von der Größe sehr Kompakt und Handlich und im Gebrauch einwandfrei. Was mir besonders daran gefällt ist das wenn man "etwas" schneller fährt als erlaubt sofort ein Warnsignal kommt was für mich sehr hilfreich ist da ich zu einem Bleifuß neige :-/. Ich kann nur positives berichten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Brilliant Sat Nav

Have just come back from holiday in North Yorkshire and had no problems with Sat Nav, the 7 inch screen is brilliant, have had lots of help from Ohrex team, I am not very technical and could not download new maps so as a one off they sent me a card to slot in, cannot fault them!

Works as well if not better than the well known makes, not missed a destination yet
